How To Start:
To receive a price quote please fill out the Ear and tail Quote form found on the price page.

Once details are agreed upon I will give you a price quote for both your order and shipping+ handling. Please note you'll have to provide your shipping address in advance.
My preferred postal service is UPS Ground for customs, but USPS is an option as well.
Once a price is agreed upon for both your order and shipping+ handling, I will make you a custom listing on my Etsy shop. You can purchase your custom order, Ears/Tail or set through that listing.
Your commission will only be added to the queue once you've paid for your set in full. Recieveing a quote does not gurantee you a space in the queue.

Once a price is agreed upon for both your order and shipping+ handling, I will make you a custom listing on my Etsy shop. You can purchase your custom order, Ears/Tail or set through that listing. The custom listing will have your preferred name attached so there is no confusion on which one is yours.
Payments must be paid in full before any work is to be started.
Payments must be made in full within 1-2 weeks of the listing's creation, or your project may be considered abandoned and the etsy listing will be removed. Making payments ontime is the responsibilty of the customer. Customers can reach out to us about a potential payment extension. Please note, we have the right to refuse a payment extension.
Monthly payment plans are only available if your order adds up to $500 or more. Total must be paid in full before orders are shipped out.
Etsy takes a wide variety of payments including:

Any changes or add-ons requested by the customer that were not originally approved of in the discussion/ quote phase, will incur additional fees. and must be paid before items are to be shipped.
Any concept art needed or requested will incur additional fees. If you're not interested in concept art please have a reference image(s) ready or be very specific about what you're looking for in your quote form/discussion.
We do Not accept AI generated images as reference material.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know in advance before you pay for your order. We can expedite your order for an additional fee. The cost will vary based on how soon you need it.
Turn Around Times And Deadlines:
Made to orders and Custom orders take up to 2-4 weeks to be completed and shipped. I will provide you a rough completion day estimate.
Premade items generally take about a week 3- 5 business days to be shipped.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know in advance before you pay for your order. We can expedite your order for an additional fee. The cost will vary based on how soon you need it, please allow 3-5 days for expedited orders to be completed, approved of and shipped.
I will let you know upfront if I can meet your deadlines or not.
Returns and Exchanges:
I don't accept, exchanges or cancellations. If you have any issues with your ordered, please message me!
I will not be offering returns for items that have already shipped.
If you'd like to cancel a pre-made order, this is fine as long as it hasn't been shipped out already. I will give you a refund, but there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total cost. So please be mindful of this when purchasing from my shop!
There will be no returns or refunds for surprise orders or customs! You can decide to cancel your custom order at any part of the process, but there will be no refunds for the $25 slot fee if you decide to change your mind about ordering the custom after purchasing the slot. Given the nature of these items, I will not be accepting returns of any kind. Thank you for understanding!
Refunds and Cancellations:
Customers can cancel their order and receive a full refund up to 3 business days after initial purchase. Afterwards all sales are final.
Please be aware if any work has been started on your custom order within the first 3 business day window, you will not be eligible for a refund. The order will be continued and shipped out as normal.
There are no refunds for items that are already shipped.
If AunumArt Custom Creations cancels the commission before completion of the project the customer will receive a full refund and we will keep what ever progress has been made on the commission.
Refusal of Service:
AunumArt Custom Creations reserves the right to deny any customer service for any reasons to be determined by the artist. This includes but is not limited to, if the commissioner is rude, doesn't adhere to our rules, is threatening or otherwise unreasonable.
Harassment, determined by the artist, is not tolerated in any way. Should the commissioner display harassment of any sort, the artist reserves the right to drop the project without any warning.
Additionally, the artist reserves the right to blacklisting commissioners. Being blacklisted is defined in this document as the barring from any further services or communication.
Shipping:
Your preferred shipping address will be required ahead of time to receive a full and accurate quote. The overall quotes will include both Shipping + My Handling fee, Tracking and Insurance.
Please double check to be sure you have provided the correct mailing address.
The default shipping service for local custom orders is UPS ground unless stated otherwise. USPS is also available for those who specifically request it.
USPS is required shipping service for anyone shipping to a P.O. box.
Please be aware, once a package has been sent off, I’m not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages or items. So, there will be no refunds for lost or damaged items. Please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number if you run into any issues. They may be able to help.
All orders come with a tracking number. International shipping is tracked until it leaves the US!
All orders come with insurance; the minimum amount covered is $100. If you want additional insurance, please let me know, and be aware there will be an additional charge.
Once your order has shipped you will be provided with an estimated delivery date along with your tracking number. Please be aware Mailing services are not always perfect, so I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. There are priority shipping options, as well as overnight. If you choose to have one of those options, there will be a charge for the shipping upgrade. Please contact me if this is something you require for your order. This applies to both UPS and USPS.
Packaging process:
Ears are wrapped in layers of tissues paper and bubble wrap. Ears and tails are then placed in a plastic bag to help with any potential water damage that may occur. All packages are shipped in crush resistant box, with plenty of bubble wrapping and tissue paper to help with any potential squishing, crushing, shifting or weather damage that may occur while in transit. Lastly, I close up the box with clear packing tape and my own custom tape!
International Shipping:
We can ship to most countries outside the U.S. Please ask ahead of time before making your order.
I am not responsible for custom fees for international shipping. Please look into your countries post service for details on custom fees and any other questions.
USPS is the default for international orders.

Q. What Species can/will you make?
A. I can make any species of creature requested. More elaborate creatures and add-on's will incur additional fees.
Q. Can I still order if I live outside the USA.
A. Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and price may vary depending on where you live. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. Why is UPS the default shipping service?
A. I have issues with USPS in the past with lost and damaged packages. Handmade custom items are difficult to replace so for my own peace of mind as well as my customers’ I have opted to use UPS for most of my shipping services. Though USPS is still an available option if requested.
Q. Do you ever use real fur or feathers?
A. We do not use animal pelts/fur. But, we do sometimes animal-derived materials such as: feathers, horse hair, and leather. Customers can request non-animal-derived products.
Q. Can you make ears and tails based off of preexisting characters? Ex. Pokemon, Sonic the hedge hog, Lion king.
A. Yes, I can make ears, tails, wings or horns based off of most characters.
Q. Can you make my set a specific color?
A. A lot of Faux fur does not come in specific colors, in that case I will have to paint or Dye the faux fur to achieve the color/gradient that you want.
Q. Will airbrushing come off over time?
A. We use permanent fabric medium to paint our ears and tails, and heat set the color in place. Airbrushing will fade over time, but with gentle care the paint will last for a long time to come.
Q. How do I clean my ears and tail?
A. Please seen cleaning and care instructions Here.
Q. Will painting/dyeing effect the texture of the fur?
A. Yes, the more painting and dyeing that must be added will make the fur less soft. Also, please aware that adding lighter colors to darker faux fur will require a more concentration of paint to make it stand out.

- Create or add any specific religious imagery.
- Use real fur/pelts, bones or horns.
- Create custom horns. Some may be 3D printed or sculpted by hand.
